Well you probably don't like that kind of music...

Inevitably the question “What kinds of music do you like?” comes up. Music can be a point of contention with people. So I kind of bristle when I get asked that question.

Music is really a matter of personal preference, but it is also one of the things by which we use to categorize people. It is easy to simply say, “Oh, you like that type of music, so you’re that type of person.” Hmm. In reality, music preference tells no more about a person that we can really trust anymore than suggesting a person that eats Fruit Loops is kind of crazy or that a person who is eating Oatmeal must be “a little less than regular.”

So with that said, let me take you on a little journey of what I like musically.

Enjoy or just admit I like fruit loops.
