Who we are begins with Core Values


• Being Authentically ourselves
We encourage people not to hide themselves but to be who they are. We wish to be transparent and vulnerable with each other and allow God to grow and change us together. There is no pressure to ‘Act’ like us just to fit in.

• Discovery on our journey
There are no assumptions here that you know everything or that you know nothing. We are on a journey together. We don’t have all the answers but we will walk together to discover Gods intentions in our lives. We will not be method ‘Mad’ there is not only one way to do things. But in Grace we will come along side each other to help the process of discovery.

• Being Diverse
We live in an ever-changing world. And to really know God we believe we must get to know all the amazingly different people he has created. We encourage ourselves to constantly stretch by getting to know someone new. We know we are all different to someone and that there is an increasingly greater freedom in God’s grace as we reach out to love, know, understand and except all God has loved.

• Just Being
We do not want to be centered on doing. Life is too short. We have missed too many sunsets; too many cups of coffee together, too many life-changing opportunities through always being so busy doing.
We will value our lives together in community by ‘just being’ Gods children and loving one another, allowing God, ‘some time to do’.

• One Absolute
We believe the bible contains every instruction, knowledge and principal we need to keep us tuned up and get us home. It is our one absolute. Historically and contextually It is completely, literally and absolutely true.

• Reproducing Self
We believe that the spirit of God in us is shown in our desire to reproduce ourselves in others. In fact we are so impressed with how God has affected us and so amazed by his love for us that we want others to have it. By seeing it in our own community and reproducing it through church planting in other communities.

• Personal value
We believe that every single person matters to God. And we want to demonstrate that by “loving our neighbor as ourselves”. Even in situations of conflict and dispute.
God calls us to show this value.
